PAT uses the principles of concurrent engineering to reduce timing. The three Auto Cad workbenches are used extensively to produce accurate and scaled build jig layouts for manufacturing as well as for product/process/plant layouts. Test jigs are manufactured in-house according to customer requirements.
The Engineering Department is well versed in VA/VE engineering and cost saving targets as well as man/machine/process developments. Extensive knowledge of the customer’s product ensures conformity as well as excellent QCD performance data and ultimately customer satisfaction.
