Manager Planning

Philip has been involved in the automotive components industry for 16 years, 9 of which have been spent in planning. Philip, who has a PMI diploma, has proven expertise in manufacturing and engineering processes gained with leading companies such as Robert Bosch SA.

DAVID NTHANGENI
Manager Field Services

David has extensive knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes. After obtaining a Degree in Advanced Electronics in 1990, he started in Pasdec’s Development Department. David was then transferred to the East London Plant as Engineering Technician. In his new role he will be responsible for Renault-Nissan products.

VICTOR CHIVERS
Regional Manager - Eastern Cape

Vic has a National Diploma in Business Management with 25 years’ experience in various aspects of management in the fields of engineering, production, systems development and IT gained in a manufacturing environment. He has vast experience in the automotive wiring harness industry

CAROL RALEY
Quality Engineer

Carol has been working in the motor industry for the past 9 years where she started studying in the Quality field, eventually becoming a qualified Quality Auditor. She also got involved in projects and studied Project Management for the Automotive Trade. She is currently studying for TQM ( Total Quality Management ) through UNISA.

PAUL MSIPA
Cost Accountant

Paul, who has a B.Comm Accounting (Hons) degree and who is currently studying for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), has 16 years experience in the accounting field. Paul has advanced expertise in computerised financial management systems and brings valuable experience to the costing function.
