PAT Attains TS16949 Certification

At a ceremony held in Brits on the 18th of August 2004, Pasdec Automotive Technologies (PAT) was awarded ISO / TS 16949:2002 certification for both its Brits and East London plants.

This quality management system is considered to be the leading quality standard for component suppliers to Original Equipment Manufacturers. According to Keith Turner, director operations of PAT, this award qualifies PAT to compete with parity on the international market. “Through a concerted team effort,” says Turner, “PAT is able to assure both local and export clients that cable harnesses produced in our Brits and East London factories are of the highest standard.”
